I stopped in and did a carry out dinner after a day at Dollywood. I placed the order in advance and it was ready to go as soon as I got there. The order was accurate and everything was arranged correctly. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare. I got the steak fries and cup of chili as the sides. The meal also came with 2 rolls and the cinnamon butter. I did then drive back to Gatlinburg so the food wasn’t as hot. It wasn’t a big deal and I heated it up slightly. Overall it was a good experience with takeout except that the road outside and the parking lot were absolutely packed with traffic and pedestrians.

I want to shout out our waiter Barry!! He made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Our food was incredible!! My tea was nice and refreshing, my sister got a margarita and said it was incredible!! The rolls were the favorite of the night, the twisted mozzarella sticks were really good. Getting a bag of peanuts was a nice addition to our experience here. We are visiting from Oregon and this was my first experience at a Texas Roadhouse so I'm glad it was a great experience!! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for our great dinner.

Friendly service, clean location. Food is delicious as always. They allowed me to place some rocks for my late son's facebook group. He passed at 19 years old. His 9 siblings, father and myself started the group to keep his memory alive, fb/elijahrockz. Post you found the rock and where you leave it!

Had lunch at the Pigeon Forge location. Buttered rolls with the honey cinnamon whipped buttery spread is always yummy. Got a free appetizer of 6 grilled seasoned shrimp drizzled with garlic lemon pepper butter served on toasted fresh baked bread. Delicious! Then the main course: the crispy juicy country fried chicken topped with white cream gravy and black pepper with a hint of A1 on the side. Mashed potatoes with white cream gravy and seasoned rice rounded out my lunch. Plenty of yummy leftovers! Service was excellent. Did not have to wait long for the food. Highly recommend it.

I enjoy Texas. Always delicious food at reasonable prices. They have really good butter rolls and salads. I like their loaded sweet potato and baked potato - though this time, the sweet potato could have used more toppings. Everyone in my party was pleased - hamburger, sirloin steak, ribs, chicken. Their salad dressing is very yummy.

This was a very good experience . Our server’s name was Kenneth and he was exceptional . He was friendly and very informative on the menu and picking out your steak. we never had to ask for refills or any other item during our visit. The food all came out as ordered and was very good. would definitely go back . Try the pork chops! we also had caesar salad, rolls , the most delicious baked sweet potatoes with butter brown sugar and cinnamon heavenly! The steak was the best cooked as ordered.
